Morongo Debuts Beautiful New Sports Lounge at Tukwet Canyon

BEAUMONT, Calif. – Morongo is raising the bar for dining and cocktails with the opening of its distinctive new sports lounge at the Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon.

More than 200 dignitaries, community leaders and tribal members joined the Morongo Tribal Council on Friday, February 2 to celebrate the grand opening of the elegant new sports lounge overlooking the 36-hole championship golf course.

With breathtaking mountain and sunset views, a stunning white marble bar top, balcony dining, and cozy fireside seating, the sports lounge radiates comfort and refinement.

“The new sports bar at Tukwet Canyon is unlike any other in the region and really embodies the sophistication and beauty of the Tukwet Canyon golf course,” said Morongo Tribal Chairman Robert Martin. “We’re sure this remarkable new space will create unforgettable memories for those who spend time here.”

Adjacent to the sports bar is Tukwet Canyon’s redesigned Pro Shop which offers an extensive selection of golf apparel, equipment and accessories in the latest styles and best brands.

At the well-stocked bar, guests can select from 30 different beers, an array of signature cocktails and pours of rare 25-year-old scotch, Louis XIII cognac or Grand Patron Burgeos Anejo tequila. With exclusive agreements with Patron and Johnny Walker, the lounge serves tequila and whiskey flights, as well as scotch and beer flights. Award-winning wines are available for every palate.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus offer a variety of delicious dining choices. Thirteen high definition televisions are positioned across the 2,300-square-foot lounge, which boasts free Wi-Fi.

“Our new lounge is the perfect spot to relax after a round of golf, catch your favorite team on the big screen, or enjoy a drink and dinner in the evening,” said Tukwet General Manager Henry Liaw.

The sports bar is open to the public daily from 11 AM to 10 PM with happy hour specials.
