20th Annual Morongo Charity Golf Tournament Raises $60,000 for Children in Need

The yearly tournament has raised nearly $1.25 million for local non-profits and service agencies since its launch.

BEAUMONT, Calif. (June 14, 2016) – For the 20th year in a row, golfers hit the links for charity at Morongo’s annual golf tournament to raise money for new backpacks, school supplies and shoes for more than 800  low-income schoolchildren in the San Gorgonio Pass.

Morongo School Secures Maximum Accreditation

The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation marks an important milestone for the tribe’s college preparatory academy, the first of its kind on an Indian reservation.
