The Tacos and Tequila and Natural 9 Noodle Company restaurants are slated to open later this month as part of a nearly $2 million remodel at the Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa in Cabazon.
C.W. Driver has led the 11,000 square feet remodeling project to overhaul the existing kitchen and restaurant space along with the outdoor patio.
