Statement of Purpose
The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (MBMI), a federally recognized sovereign Indian Tribe, is seeking proposals from a Commercial Architect/ Engineer to assist MBMI in the design and engineering of a Sports Field Park at the current Morongo Rodeo Grounds, located at 11555 Cottonwood Road, in Banning, CA.
This RFP describes the Project, the required Scope of Work and Services, the Design- Engineer selection process, the minimum information that shall be included in the Proposal for this Project, and the terms and conditions governing the Work. Failure to submit all requested information in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP) may be cause for disqualification.
This is the MBMI solicitation process to acquire Design and Engineering services for a Sports Field Park and to assist MBMI in the RFP process to provide construction services for construction of the Sports Field Park.
Each Proposal, properly executed as required by this RFP, shall constitute a firm offer which may be accepted by The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (MBMI), within the time specified in the Proposal.
