Statement of Purpose
The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (“Morongo” or “MBMI”) a federally recognized Indian Tribe, is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors (“Bidder”) for construction of the MBMI Combined Heat and Power (“CHP) Phase 2 Project. The Project is designed by ELEN Consulting and will be delivered under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. This is a federally incentivized project subject to Investment Tax Credit (ITC), Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA), and Domestic Content requirements.

Statement of Purpose
The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (MBMI) is soliciting proposals from qualified and responsive firms or individuals, appropriately licensed and bonded, to provide professional Conservator of the Person (COP) and/or Conservator of the Estate (COE) services to individuals who are in conservatorships governed by Morongo law in the Morongo Tribal Court. It is anticipated that any contracts resulting from this RFP would commence immediately.
