Statement of Purpose

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (“Morongo” or “MBMI”) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Combined Heat & Power (“CHP”) and Diesel Emergency Generator (“EmGen”) Vendor(s) & Contractors (“Vendor(s)* to design, supply, deliver, install, and commission/set to work a new CHP plant and system of Emergency Back-up Generators (the “Project”) to be located at the MBMI Casino, Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA (“MCRS”).

Requesting Audit Services from CPA Firms

Statement of Purpose

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (“Morongo”) is accepting proposals from CPA firms to provide audit services for the Tribe starting with the audit of governmental financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022. Management of the Tribe will consider engagement for up to three years.

Statement of Purpose

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians (MBMI), a Federally Recognized Tribe is located in the San Gorgonio Pass area of Riverside County, California and is the owner of the Tukwet Canyon Golf Course (TCGC) located in Beaumont, CA. The TCGC has a non-transient-non community water system permitted by the State of California and is operated by the MBMI. Well “D” is located within the TCGC property and is used primarily for irrigation water; however this facility is a state permitted active well water source for domestic water supplies.

Notice is hereby given that the Morongo Band of Mission Indians is requesting a qualified CONTRACTOR (proposer) to provide complete turnkey well rehabilitation services and removal and inspection of existing pump and replace motor equipment as identified in Exhibit A and B [Technical Specifications] and Exhibit C and D attached hereto.
