The online application deadline is fast approaching for Morongo’s 40th Annual Thanksgiving Outreach Program. This year, the program will provide 15,000 free turkeys to community-based organizations serving families in need throughout the region.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3)s), churches and faith-based groups, and veterans’ organizations and service groups. Organizations must demonstrate a history of community service and provide details on how the turkeys will be distributed to individuals and families in need.
Applications must be submitted online by June 26 at morongonation.org/thanksgiving-outreach. Please note that this program is not open to individual applicants.
Selected organizations will receive award letters in September or October, ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. For questions, please contact [email protected].
