Under the direction of the TANF Director, plan, organize and oversee the fraud prevention and compliance processes within the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. Ensure that technical and case management efforts are of high quality and in compliance with program policies and grant regulations. Identify areas of the program where there is risk and investigate internal audit findings. Serve as the program expert on all compliance matters and develop, maintain, and update policies and procedures for compliance and quality assurance. Language Cultural Specialist

Under the direction of the Cultural Heritage Coordinator, manage Morongo’s language preservation and revitalization intended at keeping the spoken Cahuilla/Serrano language alive and ensuring the transfer of the language to future generations. Utilize the most current and effective approaches in language development and implementation; promote, preserve, revitalize and support the Cahuilla/Serrano language.  Responsible for developing the curriculum and delivery methods, including training and workshops



  • Minimum of three years’ experience in developing and implementing Cahuilla and/or Serrano Language curriculums with weekly language instruction. 
  • Experience with recording and transcribing language materials, phrases, songs, stories and conversations into digital format.

Bus driver

Location Transportation

Under the direction of the Transportation Manager, operate school bus safely and efficiently while transporting students on assigned routes and locations in compliance with California Highway Patrol regulations.  Ensure passenger safety and conduct daily bus inspections and maintenance.

Officer II - Public Safety

The Security Officer II is an armed position responsible for protecting tribal assets in the Casino and provides general security for customers and employees. When required will be responsible for armed escorts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Protect Tribal assets against loss or theft, and provide armed escorts as needed.
  •  Stand assigned security post throughout the Casino.
  •  Provide security during the daily pull.
  •  Conduct the drop from the various gaming tables.
  •  Deliver chip fills from the main cashier’s cage to a table when requested.
  •  Provide cash vouchers to video personnel for problem machine payouts.
  •  Provide general armed security for casino patrons and customers.
